An intimate, seated dinner experience featuring Carla Gordon, Michael Joseph Mitchell, David Meulemans, and Derrick Bounds!

Together is a cabaret concert about how two entertainers (Daniel Johnson and David Stephens) met at Gay Pride in New York City and what happened next in their long-term relationship; eventually making their life together in Oak Park...and beyond. With songs by Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, Dave Frishberg, Cy Coleman and many more from Stage and Screen and TV, these seasoned cabaret singers (Soulful Seventies Sounds and Wilde and Woolley) will amuse and transport with stories from their lives as out gay men. This version of our show will have a holiday flair appropriate for seasonal entertainment. We are honored to share the stage with Mark Burnell celebrated keyboard artist and in-demand music. Inspired by the classic TV specials of the 1960s, this show brings the swagger of Sinatra, the charm of Dean Martin, and the sparkle of Andy Williams to life with a toe-tapping lineup of swingin’ Christmas favorites. It’s a merry mix of nostalgia, smooth vocals, and cool jazz that’ll have you feeling like it’s Christmas Eve, 1967.

A special evening of holiday piano and vocals at Niche Cafe & Wine Bar. Enjoy my musical mix along with wine, spirits, craft beer, coffee creations and small plates in this lovely listening room from 8:30-10:30 pm. It‘s a beautifully curated Lake Geneva venue located just outside the Geneva National Resort. See you there!!

After celebrating suffragists, trailblazers, and songwriters in earlier shows, Anita and Catherine now bring to Indian Trails Public Library their musical tribute to the amazing women who have shaped Chicago‘s vibrant history and culture. With music by Schwartz, Parton, Strouse, Cornelia, Sondheim, and others, they spotlight an array of women – from the famous and infamous to the “hidden figures” who have left an indelible mark on our city. With Kevin Wood at the keyboard, Catherine and Anita deliver their signature blend of inspiring stories interwoven with captivating music - all to celebrate the incredible achievements of Windy City “SHEroes” from all walks of life!

A new open mic opportunity produced and hosted by Kevin Wood. This is intended as a safe place for singers, stand up comedians, and other entertainers to hone their craft and take risks in choosing and performing their material. Limited number of performers each evening selected on a "first come" basis. Sign up begins at 4:30 with a 5 p.m. start time for the open mic.
