MAUREEN CHRISTINE
Singer

“Christine’s renditions of these songs were totally authentic to the period yet fresh and appealing to younger audience members a bit unfamiliar with the genre. Her musical appeal seems to bridge the gap from the young to the “young at heart” alike. I firmly believe this young woman has a huge and wide-reaching career ahead of her. I shall be happy to say “I knew her when!”
-- Tartan, Newspaper of McHenry County College, J. Williamson

“Maureen Christine’s extensive range and vocal strength added color to the overall performance of the Big Band.”
-- Wheaton Record

“Of all the tracks on this very fine collection of songs, “Listen To My Heart” captures the heart and soul of cabaret (visualize a pretty tune with a story to tell sung by a natural storyteller with a natural melodious, expressive voice.)”
-- AMG Expert Review by David Nathan, All Music Guide

“Ms. Christine is a young woman who sings with the souls of many great women singers before her. She is backed by a piano, tenor sax, bass and drums that complement her voice but never overshadow her superb phrasing or diction.”
-- G.K, The Pink Paper

“Her voice has a clear, rich texture that goes from big and passionate to soft and subtle.”
-- Northwest Herald
